Chris Hazelton, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer and to the board of directors. In addition, Keith Li of Branson Corporate Services Inc., has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to replace Chris Hazelton as Chief Financial Officer.
